Plans submitted for town centre flats

A planning application to convert the storage space above the former We ‘R’ Cards store in the precinct into six flats has been submitted to East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

The application to convert the first, second and third floors above the retail unit at 32-34 Boothferry Road into flats was submitted last month.

If approved the plans could see the development of one, three bedroom flat, three, two bedroom flats and two, one bedroom flats.
